REDesign Jan. 2016 - 1946 Joseph Joestar

Alright...I was a bit "bad" this month and picked a character for me to redesign as a Christmas present to myself. ; p

But.. at least it's not entirely just because I "think he's a cool character"...?  I was intrigued by the idea of coming up with an idea for him for New Year's 1946 - the year he'd turn 26 - incorporating some influence from his again current home in New York and from his time overseas, training in Italy, during his main part of the series in 1938-1939.
